History of Employee Benefit Design, Inc.

Employee Benefit Design, Inc. is an independent insurance brokerage agency. In June of 1983, Jerry Ressetar started Employee Benefit Design (EBD) with a primary focus on group health insurance. EBD now specializes in a complete portfolio of employee benefits which include, group health, dental, life, disability, long-term care, and cancer/critical illness. EBD also helps employers implement 401(k) plans and helps individuals with their annuity needs for retirement.
